Lotus assaulted Indy with a modified version of
 the Lotus 29, powered by a Ford four-cam V8.---
Extremely quick, it set lap records but was-------
hampered by inadequate Dunlop tires.------------
It won at Milwaukee with Parnelli Jones, and----
 A.J. Foyt second.----------------------------------------------
Parnelli won again at Trenton.--------------------------
Foyt  was 2nd in the 1965 Indy.-------------------------
